Duitsch Herder
A type in the UKC lineage-recording service
This is a type recorded by UKC’s Bloodlines Listing Service for ancestry and lineage. The service is separate from the main UKC registry; this listing has no UKC breed standard and is ineligible for UKC conformation.
[1]How related herding types are recorded
UKC’s 2024 announcement permits Hollandse, Mechelse and article-spelled Duitsh Herder types to interbreed. When purebred Belgian, Dutch or German Shepherd dogs are used in breeding these types, their progeny are recorded under the appropriate type.
