- Average lifespan

Affectionate, Laid back
[1]Background
Developed from the line of Susie, a folded-ear cat found in Scotland in 1961, CFA includes coat-length and straight-ear divisions.
[1]Appearance
A round head, round eyes and substantial body are characteristic; the standard considers more than ear shape alone.
[1]Coat and comparisons
Folded ears alone do not establish breed identity. Registries differ in how they group coat lengths and straight ears.
