House Cat Shorthair
Build and comparisons
This household category is not limited to a pedigree breed or single body type; head, ears and build vary.
[1]Head and expression
WCF values a proportional head and expressive eyes rather than fitting cats to a pedigree-breed outline.
[1]Coat and scope
Shorthaired household cats occur in many colours and patterns. Short hair alone does not identify American Shorthair or another pedigree breed.
