Temperament
Playful, Easy-going, Devoted
[3]Background and classification
An Italian companion in the bichon family, historically valued in European courts and exchanged as a gift. Its own body and coat distinguish it among small white dogs.
[1]Appearance and coat
A small stocky compact body is covered in long soft white hair. Its sturdy proportions can be compared with the coat’s outer silhouette.
[1]Coat and comparisons
JKC specifies pure white without other-coloured patches. This differs from Coton de Tulear allowances for slight ear shading; colour, texture and proportions can be compared together.
