Red Mottled

Red mottled names a red-toned mottled coat. The AKC glossary describes mottled as dark, roundish blotches on a lighter ground. This general pattern meaning is kept distinct from the term red speckle used in Cattle Dog standards; the terms are not automatically treated as equivalent.
