Brindle Piebald

Brindle piebald combines striping with clearly defined white areas. The Dachshund standard describes brindle as black or dark stripes and piebald as white areas or patches on an allowed base colour. Brindling may be visible only in tan points, and the two terms do not prescribe one fixed amount or placement of white.
