The Ultramarine Flycatcher breeds in high country around the Himalayas and moves to lower southern regions for winter.
Adult males have deep-blue upperparts and blue patches on the sides of the breast, with white underparts.
Its foraging is described as typical flycatching behaviour, making short sallies from a perch to take prey.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
