The White-browed Wagtail is marked by black-and-white plumage, a long tail, and a broad white eyebrow. It walks near water while wagging its tail and flies with an undulating path.
The head, back, and upper tail are black, while the underparts are white. A broad white eyebrow runs from the bill to the back of the head. A broad white bar on the wing is visible both at rest and in flight.
It is often seen in pairs or family groups near wet areas, running while wagging its tail. Its call is a loud whistle of three or four notes.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
