This bat has a long pointed noseleaf and dark-brown fur that is paler underneath. It is known from one locality in eastern Colombia, and little is known about its behavior beyond cave roosting.
It has a long, distinctly pointed noseleaf. The dorsal fur is dark brown, paler on the neck and head, while white-tipped hairs make the underside look paler.
A small cave in humid rainforest was recorded as a roost, with a few individuals sharing it with other bat species. Feeding has not been observed; the holotype's stomach contained an insect compound eye.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
