The Riverbank Warbler lives in lowland forests and wet places along South American rivers. It has a dark crown, white eyebrow, green upperparts, and a pale underside.
The crown is blackish, with a white supercilium and black eye-stripe. The face is greyish, the throat white, and the upperparts, rump, and outer tail feathers green. The lower breast and underparts are white with a greenish wash.
It uses lowland rainforest and forest edges along rivers and streams, especially swampy areas. It forages on the ground, fallen logs, and stream sides for insects and other arthropods.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
