Hoffmanns's titi is a monkey of the Brazilian Amazon. It has a gray back, yellowish-white underside, and black tail, and records show it eating fruit and seeds.
The head, back, and outer limbs are gray; the underside and inner limbs are yellowish white. Its tail is black, and it lacks white ear tufts.
Preliminary field observations in Amazonia National Park list fruit and seeds of palms among its foods. It has also been seen foraging for leaf-cutter ants on the ground and eating resins and small invertebrates during the dry season.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
