The glossy shell is light brown, with an inward-curving outer outline. It has 5–5.5 rounded, convex whorls. Raised spiral ridges are spaced relatively far apart across the shell. The type shells were collected on a limestone dome at a mountain pass southwest of Ban Pang La. The paper records it only from its type locality in Lampang Province, Thailand.
