The male holotype has a red-orange carapace, tan-brown abdomen, and orange-brown front legs. The authors say the colour may have faded during preservation. It makes an open burrow with very inconspicuous or absent silk lining. A secondary wishbone entrance is often absent; when present, the two tunnels run parallel and adjacent to each other. Two recorded localities in central Queensland’s Brigalow Belt North bioregion: west near Emerald and farther east near Biloela.
