The male ocular area is barely raised. The male sternum is wider than long, and almost round with a pair of small anterior projections. The male abdomen is globular. At the type locality, spiders were abundant in thin leaf litter and among small pebbles on a dry hill with sparse low trees. At the second roadside forest, they also occupied a fairly dry spot with thin litter. It appears widespread in Oaxaca, Mexico.
