This small bat has been reported only from North Pagai Island in Indonesia. It has a leaf-like nose structure, and forest use is considered possible.
Head and body length is about 42 mm. It has large triangular ears and a small noseleaf with 2 pairs of supplementary side leaflets.
Its diet is probably insects, and it is presumed to roost in caves. The account presents both as uncertain rather than confirmed observations.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
