The Madidi titi lives in humid forests in Bolivia. Its golden crown and orange chest and limbs stand out.
The crown is golden; the chest, throat, ear tufts, arms, and legs are described as orange to reddish orange. Another account describes a gray-brown body and pale gray fur around the face.
Fruit is its main food, and it also eats flowers and other items. WCS reports groups usually of 2–6 animals, with 1–12 recorded in its study.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
