Known from the Monts Cristal area of Gabon, females of this spider have a bent anterior genital plate.
In the described male, the upper front-body plate is ochre-yellow with brown lateral margins. A brown triangular rear mark connects to the brown eye region.
Between Tchimbélé and Kinguélé, it was found at tree buttresses and in small pits and hollows in well-preserved riverine forest.
Its legs are light brown with dark rings near the ends of the femora and tibiae and around the patellae; the femur and tibia tips are whitish. The abdomen has a distinct dark pattern.
The male sternum beneath the front body can be ochre-orange as well as dark brown. In females, it may be entirely dark brown or dark only at the front.
In side view, the female anterior genital plate is bent: its front is flat and the rear part projects strongly.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
