Known from Cameroon, females of this spider have a less dark eye region and more closely spaced eye groups than males.
In the described male, the upper plate of the front body is pale ochre-yellow, while the eye region and the face below it are brown.
On 20 April 2009, males and females were collected beneath leaves at two sites at Attuleh.
In February 1992, a male and two females were also collected in forest at 1,200–1,600 m on Mt Koupé.
Its legs are ochre-yellow. The upper side near the base of each femur has a darker band, and some leg joints are dark brown.
Its abdomen is pale ochre-gray, with darker spots on the rear half of the upper side.
Females have a less dark eye region and more closely spaced eye groups than males. Some females have only white abdominal spots, and others have no pattern.
The distinctness of abdominal spots varies among males.
