This greenbul lives in forests from West to Central Africa. It moves in small groups and mixed flocks, gleaning arthropods from branches and thickets.
Adults have yellowish-green upperparts and bright yellow throat and belly. The area around the eye is pale greenish-yellow, and the tail is dull reddish-brown. The sexes are similar.
It uses evergreen, semi-deciduous and swamp forests, usually in the forest interior. In small groups or mixed flocks it gleans insects and spiders from branches and shrubs, sometimes taking fruit and seeds; it may also follow mammals to catch flushed insects.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
