The croslet horseshoe bat occurs in Southeast Asia. A study in Malaysian rice-field landscapes examined its diet during the dry season.
Its back fur ranges from grey-brown to dark brown, with paler roots. The underside is pale buff to cream.
In dry-season samples from a Peninsular Malaysian rice-field study, feces contained mostly beetle remains and also moth remains. This is one region and season, not a complete species-wide diet profile.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
