Known from Crete, females of this spider have more closely spaced eye groups than males.
In the described male, the upper front-body plate is pale ochre-yellow with an indistinct darker central mark.
On 28 May 1978 near Azoghirès, five males and five females were collected in an abandoned house. In August 1970, a female was collected in a cave at Topôlia.
Its legs are unpatterned ochre-yellow, and its abdomen is unpatterned pale ochre-gray. The plate beneath the front body is light brown but pale ochre-yellow at the front.
Females are generally similar to males but have more closely spaced eye groups.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
