The Nubra pika lives at high elevations in the Himalayas. It has a gray back, a pale underside, and uses rocky alpine scrub.
Its gray dorsal coat is mixed with short red or black hairs. The underside is white to dull yellow, the backs of the ears are black, and the ear edges are white.
It moves in close family groups and digs burrows in scrub. Outside the burrow it moves between sheltering rocks and shrubs, and it eats plants.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
