A spider monkey of the northeastern Amazon, with long limbs and a gripping tail.
Its limbs are longer than its body, and its tail can grip branches. It has a pale triangular patch on the forehead and a lighter underside.
It lives high in tall forest trees and eats mostly ripe fruit, along with seeds and leaves.
