The shell is conical, with rounded whorl peripheries and an open umbilicus. The aperture has a thickened double rim whose upper outer section folds backwards into a wing-like structure. The living body is cream-white, the head pinkish, and the tentacles yellow with red tips. It lives in rock crevices and limestone solution holes in moist, shady forests, in both limestone and non-limestone areas. It is widespread in southern Kelantan, Malaysia, with specimens also recorded from Pahang.
