A possum of mountain eucalypt forests in Victoria that uses hollows in old trees for shelter and nesting.
Its back is gray-brown with a darker stripe, while the underside is paler.
Nocturnal, it nests in hollows of dead or old trees in mountain eucalypt forest. It feeds on insects, spiders, and plant sap.
