This small, relatively short-legged spider is known from near Ciénaga in the central Dominican Republic.
The described male has a light ochre-yellow upper front-body plate with three pairs of dark spots and a central dark Y-shaped mark.
On 9 November 2005, it was collected among dry leaves of a dead epiphyte on the ground in forest along a river.
Its legs are light ochre-yellow, with whitish tips and very indistinct dark rings near the ends of the femora and tibiae.
Its abdomen is bluish grey, with rows of large black spots on either side of the central heart area and along the sides.
The described females had clearer dark leg rings than the male, with additional rings near the bases and middle of the femora.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
