This monkey lives in the trees of lowland forests in West Africa. It mainly eats fruit, along with leaves, seeds, flowers, bark, and insects.
The crown is chestnut with yellow flecks, and a yellow band crosses the brow. Its face is blue-gray, its back is grizzled brown with a golden tint, and the underside is white. The rump, forearms, and tip of the tail are dark.
It is active by day and often uses the middle and lower parts of the forest canopy. Fruit is its main food, but it also eats leaves, seeds, flowers, bark, and insects.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
