The glossy, chestnut-brown shell varies from depressed-conical to flatter forms. It has 3.5–4 convex whorls that increase regularly. A blunt keel runs along the centre of the last whorl’s outer edge. The type shells were collected from a rock wall at Khao Ok Thalu. The paper records it in Phattalung and Songkhla Provinces in southern Thailand.
