The Miniature Tit-Babbler is a small bird restricted to Leyte, Samar and Biliran in the Philippines. Long whitish feathers project beyond the tail.
Whitish, bristly feathers from the back and flanks project past the tail. It also has a yellow eyebrow and underparts and a red iris; females are duller below.
It uses montane evergreen broadleaf forest from the undergrowth toward the canopy and at forest edges. Small groups move quickly and noisily along branches.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
