The Grey-headed Albatross has a bluish-gray head and neck and a white body. It breeds on subantarctic islands and forages in surrounding waters.
Its body is white, its head and neck are bluish gray, and its back and tail are dark gray. Its broad wings give it the shape of a large oceanic bird.
It takes fish and squid near the sea surface. It builds a cone-shaped mud nest lined with grasses and generally skips the next breeding season after successfully raising a chick.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
