The Bell Miner is a colonial honeyeater of eucalyptus forests in eastern Australia. It feeds on lerps on leaves and on nectar.
It is olive-green, with a short curved bright-yellow bill and a red-orange bare patch around the eye.
Colonies defend territories and feed heavily on lerps, the sugary coverings made by psyllid insects on leaves. They also take nectar.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
