Found near the ground among rocks and in similar places, this spider is known from the northwestern Dominican Republic and northern Haiti.
The described male has a pale ochre-white upper front-body plate, a darker brown eye region and two brown bands on the lower face.
It typically occurs close to the ground, among and under rocks and in cavities in embankments.
Its legs are light brown, with whitish tips and indistinct dark rings near the ends of the femora and tibiae.
Its abdomen is bluish grey, with many black spots, especially toward the rear, grouped by lines of bluish-white spots.
Small males may lack spines on the femora of the front two leg pairs. Females tend to have clearer leg rings than males.
