Endo's pipistrelle is a Japanese bat. A 2021–2025 survey captured 10 individuals across the Kyushu Central Mountain Range in Kumamoto Prefecture, including one female with lactation scars.
A specimen captured in Kumamoto had a wider tragus, longer upper first incisor and larger upper second premolar than the similar species used for comparison.
The Kumamoto survey captured bats along forest roads, at forest edges, inside forests and over rivers. One of three females had lactation scars.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
