The shell is colourless and conical-ovoid. It has 3.5 whorls: the first whorls are rounded, while the last two are strongly shouldered. On the later-formed shell, coarse spiral striae are crossed by fewer, stronger radial growth lines. The type shells were collected at the base of a forested limestone hill near Ban Nakok. The paper records it only from its type locality in Khammouane Province, Laos.
