Crocidura ninoyi is known only from Sibuyan Island in the Philippines. It has been recorded in disturbed lowland forest and undisturbed mossy montane forest on Mount Guiting-guiting; the Field Museum account says it feeds on forest-floor invertebrates.
The fur is gray-brown and slightly darker on the back than on the underside. The tail is nearly bare, with sparse bristles on its basal half.
Field Museum records it in disturbed lowland forest and undisturbed mossy montane forest and reports a diet of forest-floor invertebrates.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
