This millipede is known from Chanthaburi, Chonburi, Sa Kaeo and Rayong provinces in eastern Thailand.
The adults observed alive had dark to brownish-black bodies and yellow to orange side extensions. The colour of these extensions varied even within a local population.
The individuals observed in the study occurred in primary forest in limestone areas and granitic mountains, crawling on rocks during the rainy season.
In the described adult specimens, antennae stretched over the back reach body ring 6 in males and ring 5 in females.
In the described adult males, the femur segments of the fifth and sixth pairs of legs have moderate humps underneath near the middle.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
