The Golden Babbler is a small babbler with a yellow crown and underparts and olive-green upperparts. It ranges from the Himalayas into parts of Southeast Asia.
Adults have a bright yellow crown and underparts, olive-green upperparts and flanks, and black streaks on the crown. The sexes look alike.
By day, it uses forest undergrowth, edges, dense bushes, and bamboo stands, where it searches for invertebrates to eat.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
