In probably subadult specimens with damaged apices, the shell is thin, opaque and reddish brown, with darker brown or whitish streaks along growth lines. In those specimens, the shell is dull or slightly shiny above the periphery and glossy below it. In those specimens, the last whorl is distinctly angular and slightly compressed at the periphery, with a rounded surface below. It inhabits mixed montane forest at about 1400 m elevation. Endemic to Sabah, Malaysia, and known only from the Crocker Range.
