The single male described in the source has an ochre-yellow head-and-chest region with a large brown mark and a distinctive saw-edged projection on the mouth-side palps. The species is known from Kansas and Missouri.
The upper head-and-chest region of the single described male is ochre-yellow, with a large brown mark partly divided down the middle and a central line on the eye area.
In May 1980, one male and one female were recorded from a Missouri cave called “FS Cave 135”.
The described male’s legs are light brown, with paler tips on the long segments. The underside of the chest is light brown with pale specks.
A projection near the tip of the male mouth-side palp has a saw-edged margin and curves toward the upper side.
Females generally resemble males, and the spacing between the two groups of three eyes is the same as in males.
