The described male collected in 2010 has a pale whitish front body with black markings on its upper plate, eye region and lower face.
On 25 March 2000, one female and one juvenile were collected by sweeping along the forest edge at Ngangao.

Its abdomen is pale grey with a distinct black pattern.
In some males, the front dorsal abdominal mark and the front pair of side marks on the upper front-body plate are faint or absent.
