The chestnut-brown shell is weakly glossy; its enlarged last whorl gives the shell an inward-curving outer outline. It has 3.75–4.25 convex whorls separated by a deep suture. The shell has coarse granulation and weak radial growth lines, with no spiral striation. The type shells were collected in evergreen forest on a rocky hillside below and at the base of a cliff. The paper records it only from its type locality in Surat Thani Province, Thailand.
