A tiny gliding marsupial with a feather-like tail.
A gliding membrane joins the fore and hind limbs. Long stiff hairs fringe both sides of its flattened tail, giving it a feather-like outline.
It is active in trees at night, moving quickly among branches and gliding between branches or trees.
