Adult males have a head wider from side to side than it is long from front to back, but narrower than the body. In adult males, Finger I is shorter than Finger II. In adult males, Toe V is longer than Toe III. The adult males collected on 10 November 2023 were calling on leaves at night. Their collection site was a steep, rocky, open cliffside along the Sapalache–El Carmen road, with scattered bushes, montane bamboo, herbs and grass. It is recorded from Cerro Chinguelas, Huancabamba Province, Piura Region, northwestern Peru.
