Silver & Tan

The Silky Terrier standard describes blue and tan; blue may range from silver blue to pigeon blue or slate blue. It extends from the back of the skull to the tail, down the forelegs to the elbows and halfway down the outer thighs. Tan appears on the muzzle, cheeks, ear bases, legs, feet and around the vent; the topknot is silver or lighter than the tan points.
