Brindle Trim

Brindle trim is brindled colouring set against a black coat, with dark streaks over lighter areas. The AKC Plott standard and UKC Treeing Tennessee Brindle standard both allow black with brindle trim. The latter also permits a little white on the breast or feet. These standards do not give one trim layout shared by all breeds.
