Gray Silver & Black

The adult Keeshond has a gray, black, and cream mixture, with black tips on the outer coat creating its shading. The muzzle and ears are dark, spectacles frame the eyes, and the shoulder line is lighter gray. The undercoat is very pale gray or cream; the tail tip is black, and the legs and feet are cream. The standard does not define a separate silver shade boundary.
