Buckskin

The Plott Hound standard prefers brindle and lists buckskin among its brindle factors. Separately, it describes a rare buckskin without brindle, ranging from red fawn or sandy red through light cream and yellow ochre to dark fawn and golden tan. In this breed standard, “Buckskin” does not denote one fixed shade alone.
