The Laughing Falcon has a pale head with a black mask around the eyes. It feeds mainly on snakes, and pairs may exchange laughter-like calls at dawn and dusk.
The head is creamy yellow to whitish, with a black mask around the eyes. A thick yellow bill and a pale, black-barred tail are also distinctive.
Small snakes are its main prey. It watches from an open perch, then swoops down to catch them. Pairs may call together for several minutes near dawn or dusk.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
