The Rufous Flycatcher-Thrush is a brownish thrush of humid forest understory.
It is plain brownish with a long tail whose corners are rufous; rufous patches on the wings show in flight.
It uses the understory and midstory of humid forest, perches upright, and feeds in a flycatcher-like way by snatching prey or catching it on the wing.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
