The Long-billed Thrush is a mountain forest thrush with a long, curved bill. It searches damp forest floors and stream margins for earthworms and other prey.
Adults are dark brown with pale scale-like markings above. They have a long curved bill, a whitish throat and belly with dark spots, and a conspicuous white patch under the wing in flight.
It forages alone in dim forest undergrowth, on wet forest floors, and beside mountain streams. It moves leaves and stones to find earthworms, insects, and land snails.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
